Dr Jolly & her team do a great job! They take their time,make sure you are comfortable with every procedure and genuinely care about all their patients! I noticed that any negative reviews were from 5-\ years ago when they first opened and did not have the best people in billing! The office is run great now!!!
I had a recent dental visit with Dr. Neena Jolly and her assistant Keyshla. They took there time and did a great job. Very easy to talk to and professional !
Dr. Jolly and her team are wonderful! Very caring. Dr Jolly went above and beyond to help my and my daughter when she had a fall on the weekend. She called and offered great info and got us in first thing Monday morning and did a better job fixing her tooth than I could have ever asked for!
I've been taking my kids here for almost two years, they never Bill properly, I've never actually met Dr. Jolly, and I just got back from an appt today, the door was locked. They had cancelled my kids appts and never called us.
I cannot believe what I am reading. I travel for a living and have many teeth problems. When I am in town Dr jolly goes out of her way to get me in and handle what needs to be done. I love her staff and her practice.
I love it at Jolly Smiles. I called their emergency number when I was out of town for my son who had a toothache and the on call talked me through everything my child needed, I couldn't believe how helpful they were! They even called to follow up and check on us the next day. Way above and beyond :)
I had a pleasant experience in this Office. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I was given the right information on my dental status and payment procedure. Dr. Jolly is very kind, friendly and at the same time very professional. little surprised about the negative comments in some reviews. I would recommend this practice for anybody looking for a satisfactory experience.
Wow, I have been going to Dr. Jolly for several years and I just saw these reviews. I have never had any of these problems and it just doesn't seem like Dr. Jolly at all! She did have some troubles with staff not being up to par a while ago but made changes and she has great people now. Every time she sees my family and I we are always very happy, my 3 yr old even asks to go see her!!!! She always tells us what we will have to pay and we get itemized receipt every time.
