Dr. Kirkland seemed nice enough, and she seemed to listen to any issues I have. Her staff, however, is horrible. One of the receptionists barged in during my appointment to say she was going on lunch. They are rude, unfriendly, and disorganized. I will no longer be going to her because of multiple bad experiences.
Dr Kirkland was the first doctor to actually seem to care about my diabetes, etc. I had been diagnosed for 3 years and the other doctor told me over the phone, did not prescribe any medication and did not help me with anything. Dr Kirkland prescribed medication, set me up with the Diabetes center and has worked with me on weight loss goals. If I am on an assembly line then that is ok- she has been aggressive on getting me healthy and I feel so much better, and I trust her. This Doctor received OHSA Violations in 2010. I would not recommend her to anyone.
I would have any of my, family members our friends go to see Dr. Kirkland. I feel she is a very helpful and knowledge doctor
She was very caring and compassionate. She took the time to listen to me and provided excellent medical care. I would highly recommend her.
When I was 9 months pregnant I developed poison ivy that rapidly spread over both legs from ankle to hip because of the hormones. Even though I was supposed to be on bed rest (and had told the staff), they accidentally forgot about me for an hour. Then she refused to give me anything for the itching, even though I was nearly in tears over it, and had verified with my OBGYN that it would be OK. I transferred my records to a different doctor the next day and never looked back.
To quick spends little time with patients. Felt like I was on a assembley line. Billing is terrible and statements are terrible
i have be goning to dr. jeanne kirkland for 12 years. i am very pleased with her ability as a doctor.
Her billing is terrible!! Double billing. Her records are not very accurate. On my last visit she said that she didn't need to take blood because my lab work was good the previous time. She didn't take blood the previous time. I no longer go to her. She runs her patients through like an assembly line. You can hear her say the same thing to all of them.
