Dr. Hoyt has been my "Eye Dr' for more years than I can remember.But lately the phone service is frankly horrible! No one calls back when I select that option and it's impossible to reach a human being, every message is either ignored or put ack in the same loop with no option to speak with someone. somethings wrong here

Dr.Hoyt is nice.
Years ago, my cardiologist who I highly trust recommended Dr. Hoyt after my Opthamologist retired, saying she was the smartest person in their medical school class. I worried she might be one of those “clinical” people who only see 2 eyeballs sitting in their chair and miss that they are attached to a human being (I have had those kind of physicians), but was very pleasantly surprised to find she is the total opposite.
