I really liked the PA, Jason; thoughtful, great listener, lovely bedside manner. Sadly, the assistant to the PA does not EVER pass along messages from patients. Not once, though I have left many, many messages over the years. Even messages regarding depleted prescriptions are not passed along so meds are not refilled, unless there are refills remaining! AWESOME-health seriously jeopardized because of incompetent office staff! UNBELIEVABLE. I have mentioned this to Jason- he never knows I called
