Super unorganized, had an appointment at 10 and didn’t get to see the pediatrician until 2 and there were only 3 of us in the waiting area
Yikes, I took my daughter here and it was bad... The receptionist (also the nurse) took about 40 minutes to process my paperwork even though I was the only one there. I was then seen by a 'family counselor' and was told the pediatrician would be communicated to by email and that I needed to come back 5 days later to get the paperwork I needed.
Walked in saw 30 patients waiting in a tiny dirty room coughing and sniffling had to run back out. Don’t settle when there are so many other better options
I took my sick son to this office after making an appointment over the phone. I was told they could take him after giving my insurance information. When I got there it was already someone at the window and I could not get the front desk persons attention. I waited 30minutes before being able to sign in. I was already turned off by the looks of the run down office, but on top of that the lack of communication totally disgusted me.
