Almost two months since tests were done and no follow-up call or visit.
Dr. Kotait is an incredible doctor! She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and tries her best to make sure you fully understand your treatment options. Her kindness and expertise put me at ease, and after seeing her, I felt so much better—both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor! She’s worth the drive to Whitby!
Our experience with Dr. Rubabaza was extremely disappointing. While he is friendly, that is not the most important quality in a doctor—patients need someone who is straightforward, reliable, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Every visit involved waiting over two hours, with no regard for patients' time. He does not follow up properly, making the entire process frustrating and disorganized. They have zero respect for the patients especially for patients’ time. They never see patients on time. The average wait time is 3 hours or more. The only time I was late by 15 mins, they put me behind 3 other patients although they were seeing another patient during my allocated time. The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a doctor’s office. She was yelling at me because I was asking about how I came behind 3 other people.
