1. My online appointment demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and clinical responsibility. After waiting several months, I received no meaningful medical assessment, no recommendations, and no proper documentation. Scarco dehumanized me and then stopped treating me. He refused to help with an EAP after 10 years of suffering from migraines that were diagnosed at Women's College Hospital, Toronto (by renowned neorologists and specialists). If you don't have a high income - you are nothing to this person and his clinic.
Dr. Sarco honestly was the best person I could have seen when suffering from chronic neck pain. If not for his help I don't think I ever would have relief. He was always friendly, kind and professional. Cannot recommend him enough.
UNPROFESSIONAL ! Does not follow scheduled appointments . I was the first appt for dr sarco 20 minutes early on top of that. Sat in exam room for an hour + not to be seen.
