I had a partial knee replacement done with this doctor in 2018. He sure knows his stuff. He doesn't sugar coat what he tells you, but gives you the facts. I decided to put my trust in him, and am glad that I did. I saw him today, as I need to have my other knee replaced, and will go with a complete knee replacement, as he has suggested, without dwelling on it.
Been waiting for my surgery to be scheduled with Dr Prudhomme. Been waiting for a couple months to get the call, finally I get a call while I'm in a meeting at work at about 3:20 pm and I couldn't answer. I call back the moment my meeting is done and the office is closed as its now 4:10. Call back the next morning and they say they've already booked someone and now I'll probably have another month added to my wait time. Took 6 months to get an appointment after a referral. Finally 10 days before my appointment the office called an cancelled it and put it off for another month. I can’t work and I’m in pain waiting for this surgery and when trying to explain to her office they basically said they don’t care and too bad. Don’t waste your time with this doctor.
