Dr. Cange is a great doctor but the wait time on the phone to make an appointment is ridiculous!! I was on hold for 20 minutes just to be directed to an answering machine to leave a message. Called back waited for another 15 minutes to be transferred to the answering machine again. I was never given the option to press for automatic call back.

My bill for seeing the doc for the first time was $157.00 with insurance… physical should be free… they made me wait an hour just to see the doc… and now was transferred twice never told who what were I was getting transferred too… now I’m been on hold for 0ver 15 mins worst customer service ever.. never come here. Got get another new doc now…. Terrible experience Thank Erik… pls I’m still on hold… lol
Dr. Cange is one of the finest people I have ever met. The level of care, compassion, kindness, and concern he shows are unmatched. His office staff is friendly and efficient. I feel that my care and well-being are of the utmost importance to him. He treats me like a valued friend. I feel so fortunate to be his patient.
