I'm a regular patient with regular appointments. Blood sugar spiking so I try to get a refill on my medication. Refill request from pharmacy ignored. Call the office. I need to get a special appointment to get a refill. Don't know when they will be able to shcedule. In the meantime blood sugar spiking and no medication.
She treats me and my husband. She is kind, listens well, expresses clearly and is very reassuring.
Don’t bother. She will read your labs incorrectly and does not care about the health of her patients. Same goes for her PA. If you want your health to drastically decline go to her and go here. If you wish to finally have better health, move out of Texas!
Dr. Jean Chen has been my endo for years. She is very intelligent, professional, and kind. She has been a trusted doctor and I'm sad to leave her as I move out of the country. Thank you for everything Dr. Chen!
