Dr Akpan is the best primary care doctor that I have ever had. She is very patient with me as always.She is very tentative. She listens very well. I like that she does not push medication down your throat rather she tries to find out what is causing the issue at hand. I recently became retired and my fear was that I would not be able to keep her as my primary care doctor due to the type of insurance coverage that I have with Medicare but I was able to and I am so happy about that.
I had a visit with her one time and I knew I wanted her to be my PCP. She answers every single question with no problem and she’s very knowledgeable! I love how professional she is! Definitely keeping her as long as I can
