Couldn’t recommend Academy face and body enough! Had my first cosmetic procedures done with Helen. She was lovely, she put me at ease and talked me through everything step by step. All staff at reception were lovely and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be back!

I had 1 session of Onda Coolwaves at this clinic today, and it was absolutely unacceptable! The website states treatment lasts 15-60 minutes with at least 10 minutes per area, yet the therapist spent only 7 minutes on my right arm and 24 minutes on my left—nowhere near the promised time. After I pointed out the issue, she insisted it was 10 minutes on the right, but I was watching the clock, and it was clearly wrong.
