So many things on so many levels. As a new patient, my eye exam was about 15 minutes long, very unthourough. They said the exam was $145.00 and was going to bill it to my insurance as medical, and I would have a $40 copay. They billed my insurance $173, my insurance paid 28.00 and I still ended up paying $145. My frames were $250 and they gave me $46 credit for not having insurance on that part but they still billed me $230. That's $276. The total for my glasses and exam was $1,148. I had to pay $925. Relaxing atmosphere. They really check your eyes & not rush through it . And talk to you about everything about your eyes. & Recommend your options. Tky you for a pleasant eye exam.
My kids had their annual eye exam and everyone was very friendly and understanding! Even when my 3 yo wanted to stay and play with the toys they let him bring them back in the room with us! Dr. Jay also improvised by giving my 3 yo his exam on the floor when he refused to sit in the chair. Dr. Jay also offered to re-check my daughter's eyes when I had called with concerns about her vision 1 week after her exam. It's a very friendly environment and we won't go anywhere else!
