Best doctor&best service
Lacks bedside manner, rude and arrogant. I experienced a lack of patient care from him. You have to go to Walgreens to get your lab work drawn, very inconvenient for the patient. It's hard to contact the office when you have an issue, phone goes to voicemail. Slow to respond back if they do at all. He does not deserve 1 star for the type of service I received.
Jayesh Patel is very disrespectful to senior patients and patients family members. Not genuinely concern for patients, is very unprofessional, demonstrates unacceptable customer service, aweful bedside manner and is unavalable to address patient care concerns. Becomes hostile when communicating to patients and family members and uses profanity when talking to them during appointments. Lots of confusion at the office.
