I got different health insurance. My new doctor requested my medical records 3 times in 6 months. He still does not have them. Shame on the doctor and his staff!!! Not very professional! Glad I don't have him for my doctor anymore. An update. It's been almost a year now. Dr still refuses to release my medical records to my new Dr. Jay chowdappa is not a good dr. Shame on you and.your staff!!!!!!!

I'm switching doctors...this place is the worst. You have to wait 48-72 hours to get a prescription filled. I had an ongoing problem with my foot, chowdappa said he'd put a note in my file for a steroid and anti-inflammatory for when my foot gets bad (about 3 times a year) but everytime I call it is worse than pulling teeth. Everytime I go in for a visit they have something wrong in my file...I suggest to stay far away from this place..I was with him for 3 years, and every visit I felt like i was a new patient...im done, goo... read more
