I was so impressed with Dr Jay Shartzer at my visit yesterday.I have such respect for his years of experience and expertise.He is very skilled ,and so personable and made me feel comfortable during the whole proceeding.His entire office runs like a well oiled welcoming machine. We just started going to Palm Point Dentistry but so far my husband and I have been very impressed with him and his staff. They had been recommended to us so I set up appointment. Right before appointment Dr Shartzer called and thanked us for setting up appointments and asked if we had any special specific problems and that he looked forward to meeting us in person. This place is unbelievable. Palm Pointe Dental scheduled my appointment weeks in advance, confirmed it, then waited until the day before to call and say they suddenly no longer accept my insurance. Magically though, they were still willing to see me if I paid cash. SCAM! So apparently insurance is the problem, not my appointment. This is a complete waste of a patient’s time and shows zero respect for people who plan their schedules around confirmed visits.
