Dreadful. Very disturbing experience. The office manager and an assistant actually bullied me as a kind of tag team. I was caring for my 98 year old father, and I was in ill health with the added complications of a cancer diagnosis. I had made an appointment to try and save my much neglected teeth. Just after my initial evaluation and a plan was in place, my teeth became painful and problematic. My experience with Dr. Lopez and his staff was excellent, they were courteous and very professional. My initial contact was with Dr. Lopez and his hygienist Erica. I felt at ease and my questions were answered. Happy with the results from the visit.
