Out of surgery by a day. Dr. Bates took time to address my personal medical needs prior to and during the surgery. Thorough, thoughtful, and one great doctor. After surgery his explanation and bedside manner is top notch. Wish I could give 6 stars to him and Dr. Reeves nurses and all. If you need hernia repair look no further.
A master at his craft. Highly recommend him.
Dr.Bates is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He made me feel comfortable and safe . He talked me through my procedure in words that I could understand and answered any questions that i had with compassion and honesty. I have a very hard time with social interaction so me being completely comfortable around him speaks volumes. Its hard to find good down to earth doctors these days. Thanks Doctor Bates for taking such good care of me.
