This office has zero empathy for their patients. I canceled multiple appointments in 2022/2023 due to another health issue I was dealing with at the time. Every appointment was canceled in a timely manner, with advanced notice. Due to canceling these appointments they now refuse to see me. I was told it was up to the doctor. As a healthcare professional, you should understand the overall health of your patients is important. Obviously this facility does not.

My daughter saw him and he was patient and thorough. I appreciated him taking the time to listen to my daughter's lengthy and rambling HPI. She felt comfortable and that is important to us. The endoscopy center was also great and responsive to questions. When I called and talked to Tina for results, she was incredibly patient and kind. Thank you!

I love this group, especially Dr. Anderson and Susan Debay. Dr. Anderson is so good when I have procedures done. I'm so nervous that I cry and between his kind spirit and the staff at Atrium, they are wonderful at calming my fears. Susan is just awesome. She takes the time to sit with you and listen to your concerns and not act like she's in a rush or that the questions you are asking are "dumb." Doctor Jay Anderson is a Wonderful Compassionate Man. He makes you feel Heard and very cared for. My husband and I both think he's Absolutely the Nicest most Down to Earth Doctor around. We are Blessed to have found him and his Awesome Staff! Each of them at the Endoscopy Center were so Good to us and very Professional and Kind. Thank you all!!
