I’ve been seeing Dr. Liu for years, and I can honestly say I will never go to another dentist as long as he’s here. He always takes such good care of my dental needs, and I never feel any pain during treatment. I leave every appointment happy with his work and confident in my smile. First, it is very hard to get a response from them. They usually called back after a week. Their billing is questionable. From time to time, there are some questionable bills popped up. For example, my daughter has moved and has not visited them for 6 years. They told me there was an unpaid bill today. It is like a scam. I would not go there any more. I might report them to the insurance company.
The office staff is either extremely unprofessional or understaffed. I’ve called 2 times and left messages and I even did the live chat with my information online. Never received a response by phone or text or email. And I waited 7-8 days, just in case they were super busy. Wouldn’t recommend this place because customers shouldn’t be treated this way and what if I had a real emergency? As someone who had oral cancer in the past, I need a reliable dentist and staff.
Love South Jersey Dental. The team is wonderful and Dr. Liu is awesome. The best dental experience. I have had my cleanings done, crown and dental implant all pain free. Everyone is so nice, Donna is awesome! Never have a problem with billing. All around a great level of service.
