Been going to doctor Kavanagh for years and it’s always a great experience. He always answers my questions clearly and makes sure I understand whatever he’s telling me. His staff is really nice and professional. Negative reviews about insurance seem like personal issues. I just asked when I first scheduled to make sure they took my insurance and I make sure to update with them each year if anything changes.
I assume that this doctor is spread so thin it took me a week and a half to get in for an appointment. I went in for the appointment and they did not take my insurance. They had also not asked me about my insurance when I made the appointment. It was under great stress and difficulty that I made the trip and they turned me away. I'm not sure it's legal or right that Walmart takes my insurance in the pharmacy but not in the eyeglass place. It is owned by Walmart it's not a separate entity.
Great professional service! Always accommodating and very personable. Dr Kavanagh is also a great singer/songwriter.

Excellent service. The young man at the front desk was a delight. We were taken back at our appointment time and the exam was very thorough.
