I haven’t been for an eye exams in years. Dr Jackson is very mild mannered and explained my exam and how AI would could play in.
Do not waste your time with the doctor. I had called 7 times over the course of 3 days and left 2 voicemails. Despite the voicemail stating they will reach out to you in 24 hours I have heard nothing from them. I just had one question for the office and they apparently don’t care to answer the phone nor call back.
Dr. Jackson was good. His staff was extremely bad.
