Everyone was wonderful. It was a very relaxing and informative visit. Dr Jackson showed me my retinal scan and explained my eye health to me. That was very cool. He was very patient as I was trying to put on contacts. J'nel was very easy to talk to and informative when picking out my frames. She explained the difference in the transition lenses very clearly in a way that anyone would understand. As well as when fitting me for the new frames. This was a GREAT experience and I think I've found my regular eye doctor.
And I must also give credit to his team, they are fantastic also they work there butt off to get my information right... When they didn't have to go that far, but they did.. and I Thank each and every one of them

I have complications from neck surgery and they were very accommodating. And they got me in and out as quickly as possible and still did a wonderful job.
Dr. Jackson was personable and through in his eye exam. He listened to my individual eyes history and did not rush his exam. I will return to Dr. Jackson for next year's annual exam and refraction.
