We had a great experience at Lens Crafters. Appointment on a Sunday is a definite plus. Fast and friendly service was exceptional. Thank you to J’nel for her bubbly personality and making our eye frame dreams a reality!!!!
My mother, Khadigia had an appointment today .Dr Jay Jackson and his staff are so kind, welcoming and wonderful to visit. He's knowledgable, accommodating and patient. We can't say enough good things about him. And Bri, Jenelle and Elizabeth were really wonderful and sweet. My mom doesn't like going to any dr. but does like going there!Jenna was great last time we were there, as well!
Dr. Jay Jackson and the lady at the front desk(sorry I did not catch her name), were both extremely excellent in every way. I have been going there (Lens Crafters at 12 Oaks) for about 10 years and they have always been unbeatable in my opinion!
