Dr Carpenter is wonderful. I believe if it wasn’t for his Perseverance on treating my bladder issue I wouldn’t be writing this review. I feel Dr Carpenter not only saved my Bladder but also kept me alive. I don’t have the words for my appreciation for his knowledge , dedication, and a caring staff. I’d give Dr Carpenter a 💯 on review if available.
Dr. Carpenter is very friendly and very thorough we liked him very .
Dr Carpenter is great! But if you have questions or concerns address them at the visit, the staff will never call back and thats if they ever take you off hold to send you to a VM. Just waited 24min on hold and not one person ever picked up or offered assistance
Dr Carpenter is very knowledgeable and he takes time to explain things and answer all of our questions. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for an excellent Urologist
