We had an extremely disappointing experience with this provider. My 80-year-old father was treated with complete disrespect — the doctor refusing to listen, walking away while my dad was speaking and asking questions, and showing zero patience or courtesy. My father left feeling humiliated and upset. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially someone of his age and kindness. It was unprofessional and frankly disgusting behavior. They didn't try to find an in network provider and said it was the client's responsibility to do that. Why would you not inform the patient of that? Seems a standard practice with this office.
Their business model is terrible. The reception staff probably couldn’t get a job at a fast food drive up. Rude, dismissive, inattentive, unhelpful, etc. Doctor sees you about 2 - 5 minutes. I’ve gone there 3 times to make sure that I hadn’t simply caught them on a bad day. If anything, they got worse each time. GET THIS: THEY CHARGE YOU $25 FOR EACH PRESCRIPTION FORM!!! I am scheduled with a new opthamologist for next time. I WOULD DEFINITELY ADVISE AGAINST USING WEST TEXAS EYE ASSOCIATES!
Dr.Bradley is amazing. He takes his time and answers all my questions. The only problem I have are the receptionist, they can be very rude. I dread going to see Dr. Bradley because of them. They work in health care and should treat everyone with kindness and compassion.
After talking with Dr. Bradley he was able to get what I needed in a quick timely manner. He gave me his undivided attention and made sure I understood everything we discussed.
