Dr. Satko and her team were very nice and did very well with my procedure! I originally came from another office, which I wouldn't rate nearly as well since they wasted a lot of my time by rescheduling me 3 times and having little sympathy for it, but this office took me in and scheduled me within a week, giving me free xrays to make up for the fact that I already had them done at the other office, since this office still needed their own. Beware of this office: My primary dentist referred and sent over my CT scans to this office for wisdom teeth extractions. Receptionist had a terrible attitude and did not explain what they were doing. I wanted an estimate for the extraction which they never made me aware. I cancelled because I did not want to move forward with a procedure blindly without knowing how much it would cost with my insurance. Now they are threatening me with letters to collect the money plus fees.
Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. The doctor was amazing the staff is extremely friendly I’d definitely recommend them. I did consultation with two other spots before I came here and by far this one really was the best.
Stefanie at the front desk is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me schedule an appointment for my daughter and made the whole process easy. She went over the treatment estimate in detail and was transparent. My daughter had her lower wisdom teeth extracted a week ago. Dr. Bergamini did an amazing job. My daughter is healing very well and had mild swelling over the weekend. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bergamini and his team.
Saw me for 5 minutes and charged me $550 dollars. He is the only oral surgeon who requires a CT scan instead of Full mouth x-ray so that he could make more money. I have checked with two other oral surgeons and they were surprised to hear that this doctor wanted a CT scan to check my wisdom teeth. Horrible.
