Do not even bother to go see this Doctor. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. His behavior has a lot to be desired.

Dr. Cherner is hands down the most thorough doctor that I have ever seen in my life. He spent over an hour with me giving me details about my condition along with deciphering all the notes from other doctors who gave me a fraction of the time explaining things. He even went out of his way to call one of my other doctors to find a solution to my problem. That same day he personally called me to relay all the information about their conversation! I really felt that he truly cared about me and that I wasn't just another patient... read more

Great experience from the beginning to the end! Highly recommend! Receptionist to all clinical staff, RN, anesthesiologist , Dr. Cherner, including the attendant who rolled me to my car were great, left me with a feeling of satisfaction, being treated with compassion. The overview of the clinical procedure was explained thoroughly, and staff followed up same day, and thereafter. Thank you, :>

Front desk administration woman has been with him for 20 years. That’s a great starting point. I thought Dr Cerner was thorough in his questioning. He also took the time for me to ask questions too. He is helping me figure out what’s wrong so I’ll be seeing more of him. He doesn’t necessarily look you right in the eyes all the time, but I attribute that to that fact that he is super smart/nerdy. I went away from my first appointment with a feeling I was in good hands.

Dr. Cherner has treated my family for years. I was having sever pain for months and the ER would just turn me away thinking I was just looking for pain medication. Dr, Cherner believed me. He worked me into his schedual as soon as he could during the holidays. When he found out I was unable to afford the test he knew I needed he walked next door to the Endoscopy Center and brought the office manger into my room to explain to me what I needed to do. I have never met a doctor that cared so much!!!

Dr. Cherner is the most thorough doctor I’ve seen in a long time. He listens without interrupting me. He’ll try medications to see if that’ll help the problem. He never pushes me to have a test that he may already know the answer to. I went in expecting to schedule an upper endoscopy, but he felt it wasn’t necessary at this time. His staff is kind and very helpful.

Very unprofessional. I had a doctors appointment in August and here it is March and they are sending me a bill. A bill that I was not made aware of in August for the office visit. They explained at the visit I would not have a copay or any bill they instead lied to me and now I have a $300 bill. Will never return. Others beware!!!

I was recommended by a co-worker to Dr. Cherner for the dreaded colonoscopy. His office staff and nurse were very courteous and made me feel at ease. Dr. Cherner was very pleasant and took the time to discuss all my concerns and also ended up scheduling a Endoscope to stretch my Schatzi ring due to sometimes my food getting stuck. The facilities he uses are great, everyone there also makes you feel at ease and are very professional. After the procedures Dr. Cherner again took the time with me
