I want to start by saying that I truly love my doctor. His care has always been exceptional. Unfortunately, the behavior of some of the office staff completely overshadows that. I have been without my medications for almost TWO months, calling day after day practically begging to be seen — only to be ignored, dismissed, or given the runaround every single time.
