Dr. Hafez is young and has a good personality and genuinely seems to care about his patients. However, he always keeps me waiting at least 30 minutes in the exam room. I explained that this is unacceptable and he just seemed to think it was kind of funny, saying that 30 minutes wasn't too bad. Yes, it is bad. He has no respect for other people's time. He is literally a lifesaver. I went to him after going to another doctor that was keeping me sick. This doctor turned my whole Health around and is a blessing!!
Love dr hafez! He has done us very well. If you give him a chance to address your concerns he is happy to do so! Husband just had second surgery and we are very comfortable with him and all the nurses we talk to over the last few years rave about him. He is very personable and feels like a friend to us. If you want results you have to put in the effort! Dr Hafez took the time to explain all the details also came in very late to check on me after my surgery. Very friendly and energetic. Highly recommend him.
The nurse at Dr. Hafez is a joke. They do not do their jobs. I got an appointment to see the doctors but the doctor could not do anything because his nurse did not contact my doctor to get my MRI result. Went there 2 times and were charged $100.00 for copay and did not get any treatment or advice. Will never refer this doctor's office to anyone. It's a waste of time and money
Dr. Hafez is a consummate professional and a master at his specialty. Dr.Hafez is AMAZING! I have had to see him a few times the past couple of years for different injuries and he always makes sure I am taken care of. I always leave his office feeling like I know exactly how my healing process is going to go and how to take care of anything extra at home. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hafez, he goes above and beyond for his patients!
