Dr. Zafar is an amazing doctor! He has helped me so much. Anyone who does not like him is probably trying to direct their own medical decisions for the doctor instead of letting him call the shots. I will never forget how much he has helped me in my mental health journey. Dr. Zafar truly cares about his patients, and it is evident in his level of concern at each visit. The office staff has always been professional to me.
I was referred to Dr. Zafar for psychiatric care about 4 or 5 years ago. He pulled me off my Cymbalta, which I had been on for almost 10 years, even though I wasn’t having any problems with it. He did wean me down, but the process was way too fast. My first time ever being there. I had to leave and go to the gas station at the top of Raleigh Hill just to use the bathroom because the people behind the desk refused to let me use the restroom do to "my wait wouldn't be that much longer". I waited a hour... Came back and still waited a whole other hour to be seen. The most rude people I had ever seen and I highly HIGHLY would not recommend this place to anyone.
5 star for Dr jawad Zafar but his receptionist on his side is very rude always greeted with attitude I love the doctor but your staff reflects you and she makes me dread my appointment I love the other staff but she is unprofessional
