Terrible manners. Refused to talk about the problems I have after test for him.

Dr. Shah gave my fiance a life altering diagnosis over the phone is a very uncaring manor and then when he had a severe reaction to the medication, he didn't bother calling back. He just had office staff call back and tell him to take just one a day. He never asked questions about the reaction or assessed him. I am an experienced RN and have been shocked about the way things have been handled by Dr. Shah and his office. Do better.
Unacceptable item number one: My mom has been trying for months to schedule a follow-up on her memory loss. I finally tried the number myself and discovered both lines lead to nothing. NOTHING. How many dementia patients are trying to get through to a line that leads nowhere, and, because of their conditions, how many are doing it every single day, maybe multiple times a day?
