The office staff here does not show any empathy for their patients. They lack professionalism and knowledge of the office procedures. I really like my doctor however his staff shows a poor reflection of his medical abilities. Things should change or he will continue to lose patients (new and existing) which is sad because he is a good provider.
The worst front office visit ever. When I called to make an appointment for stitch removal from surgery, the lady scheduling the appointment asked if I needed a virtual or in office appointment. Dr Dass stated that he wasn't going to remove the stitches because he did not put them in. Wasn't asked this at time of making appointment
I wish I would have read these reviews before I picked Dr. Daas as my PCP. I have been seeing him for a couple years and I agree, his bedside manner is AWFUL. I haven't bothered to look for another PCP until now because I was seeing him mainly for referrals and check ups. However, if you have anything more involved, you can count on him to do the absolute bare minimum. And sometimes even that is too difficult for him! I have had two separate occasions where I have had to call the office 5 times to remind him to send a prescr... read more
He doesn't seem to care about patients. I went with heart issues, and he dismissed it as "anxiety." I've since learned that I have anemia, which he was unable to diagnose. Instead, he seemed to want me to return often (conceivably to just make money off of my visits). When I did go back after months of heart palpitations, he reluctantly gave me a referral to a cardiologist. Also, I only went to him because I thought he would be covered by state insurance. Turns out, it wasn't.
Been going to this dr for more then 10 years! He takes his time, cares and is an excellent Dr! He is a very nice person also.
I don't know how or why I was so lucky to find this good man. He will listen to your situation with honest concern and empathy and then suggest the best course of action. If he feels that you would be better served by a specialist he will recommend one for you or suggest you see yours if you already have one. He is very knowledgeable but will not hessitate to do some research on the laptop beside him that he uses to have your records and medication history and uses it to update on the spot.
Very rude with terrible bedside manor.
Terrible doctor! Does not listen to patient's concerns.
Dr. Daas is a true professional ! He has a common sense approach to treating a human, he is not influenced by drug salespeople to push the latest and greatest expensive drugs on you. He has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced , he actually cares for a persons wellbeing . I would not be writing this review if it wasn't for Dr. Daas, because he saved my life by accurately diagnosing a stroke I was having. Because of his expertise I survived with very few side effects. Great Doctor!??
