Dr. Castillo has treated both our sons for tongue ties. He has been extremely matriculave with explaining diagnoses. I am thankful he is around in Huntsville.
We waited for 6 weeks to be seen for an appointment, they were able to schedule surgery quickly, however we are 3 weeks post op and no one has called to check on him, see how he is healing or anything. Dr. Castillo was super rude pre-op about a prior surgery we had done by another surgeon, we waited for over 2.5 hours to go back for surgery. I would not recommend his office, drive to Birmingham or Nashville
Waited over an hour past the appointment time. Rude doctor, highly recommend you find somewhere else to go.
Was an hour late to my appointment with my infant and 2 year old. Was quick and abrupt and unapologetic. Do not recommend and won’t be returning
