Waited nearly two years for this appointment, and then spent almost 1.5 hours at the clinic past my scheduled time without ever being seen. The experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional, with little regard for patients’ time.
Dr. Jason Xu changed my life :) Every winter my nose was completely congested and I could barely breath. I had my septoplasty surgery last September, and this winter I had no problem breathing at all. Thank you Dr. Jason, you are the best.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had an appointment at 1:45pm for my son. Doctor is running behind i can understand this but what i dont understand is the fact a woman had an appointment at 2:15pm and she complained several times so they bumped my 4 year old son down and took her in first!! We waited 2 hours to see the doctor patiently and got bumped down due to someone complaining their appointment was at 2:15pm!! Unacceptable.. After waiting half year, with few date changes by staff. Just did hearing test without checking my ears and said might have a tumor and need a MRI. Booked phone consultation but never call at all. Go for another ENT.
Dr. Xu provided excellent care for my son's nose issue. He was professional, patient, and gentle during the examination. He explained everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Very pleased with his expertise and compassionate approach. Highly recommend!
