"I am highly satisfied with the clinic treatment I received from Dr. Jason Xu. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. I really appreciated that Dr. Xu personally made a follow-up phone call to check in on me and ensure that I am doing completely fine. It shows he truly cares about his patients' recovery even after they leave the clinic. The entire experience was excellent, and I highly recommend him. 5 stars!"
My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed however a year later we are back to dealing with the same thing with her noisy breathing and tonsils at the back of her throat.
Waited nearly two years for this appointment, and then spent almost 1.5 hours at the clinic past my scheduled time without ever being seen. The experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional, with little regard for patients’ time.
Dr. Jason Xu changed my life :) Every winter my nose was completely congested and I could barely breath. I had my septoplasty surgery last September, and this winter I had no problem breathing at all. Thank you Dr. Jason, you are the best.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had an appointment at 1:45pm for my son. Doctor is running behind i can understand this but what i dont understand is the fact a woman had an appointment at 2:15pm and she complained several times so they bumped my 4 year old son down and took her in first!! We waited 2 hours to see the doctor patiently and got bumped down due to someone complaining their appointment was at 2:15pm!! Unacceptable..
