Dr. Williams was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me going over my issues and he made several plans for improvement with my pain level. I was very impressed and pleased.
My appointment was for 11 o'clock to discuss the results of my epidural. I arrived a little early and the NP came 15 minutes later to check vitals saying Dr Williams would be in shortly. At 12:15 I got tired of waiting. Dr Williams met me in the hall and said he would be with me shortly....not next that implied an even longer wait. This was unacceptable to me, having to wait more than an hour and 15 minutes for a 15 minute discussion.
