Out of town appointment on ZocDoc - showed up in time, turns out the office cancelled/gave away my booked time slot because they called the day(!) before (while I was en route to Houston) to inquire about the reason(!) of my appointment which was clearly stated in ZocDoc as Orthopedic Consultation. I had setup the same appointment in Washington DC with another doctor, the same way and it was a great experience.
