I absolutely love Dr Rudd. Very easy to talk with and he explains everything to you.
He is amazing he literally listens to me and cares he work from his office in Covington (avala orthopedic) and at our lady in Bogalusa
My experience was great and I would definitely recommend Dr Jason Rudd. I had my right shoulder repaired and it is now better than it ever was. I am amazed. I am going to do the left shoulder soon. I can't wait to be pain free. Just be prepared for some pain in the beginning. It does pass.

Jason is a great guy. Worked on my knee a year ago and did a great job. Lining up now for a torn rotator cuff repair. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Office staff is professional and courteous. Clinical staff know their job well and perform it seamlessly.
Dr Rudd repaired my torn biceps muscle after an accident in January 2015. Everything about him and his staff was first class. I highly recommend him
Dr. Rudd put my shoulder back together. My rotator cuff was a mess with significant tears and pain. Dr. Rudd was always truthful about my prognosis and I appreciate that. After months of PT, I am pain free and near normal again. Great doctor!!!
My Uncle, the late Dr. Russel Klein an emeritus Professor of medicine at LSU once told me that there were two types of practicing physicians. The first type was in the profession for monetary gain. The second was in it from their hearts . In my opinion, Dr. Rudd leaves all of us whom he has performed surgery, a piece of his heart through his healing hands. Dr. Rudd is s great doctor and I would definitely see him again if it wasn't for his rude staff. The women that answer the phone and work the desk are extremely rude and unpleasant.
