I called this office to set up an appointment back in April and the woman that answered was rude so I canceled. Thinking maybe she was having a bad day I called back in September hoping for a change and she was still unprofessional, and rude. I've called a total of 5 times and each time she answered and the experience was unpleasant. She uses a matter of fact tone, she isn't personable, and sounds as if she hates her job or has an attitude.
