Dr. Nordstroms bedside manner was filled with empathy, professionalism and genuine care. I have never been in a doctors office and felt safe , confident and comfortable until yesterday. She took the time to know me and for me to understand her knowledge. I never once felt rushed or anxious. Really thankful!
She was great. Listened to concerns and addressed them well. I had many problems with scheduling scans after appointment. Not reflection on the providers care.

I had my first meeting with Dr N recently. She was exceptionally polite and listened to my history. She appeared knowledgeable and seemed really appreciative of my coming to her. When my labs came back she knew right what to do with my diabetes , something my idiot prior doc had trouble with.
