I got sunburned in the 1960s, so have a lot of damage. I've seen numerous dermatologists, while moving multiple times in the past 20 years; both for annual checks and other times when i have concerning spots. Dr Weaver is hands-down the best Dermatologist I've ever seen. He's thorough, efficient and removes problem spots with much less pain. I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr Weaver. It took me months to get in the first time and the second they had a cancellation so I took it. First of all he has a good bed side manner. But both times we only spent 10-20 minutes actually taking things off. He seems very rushed and I felt like I had to hurry. I hate that feeling when you’ve had skin cancer before and you’re having a mole check. Secondly he is super expensive. I’m self pay and both times were $500 l-$600 for a few things zapped off. I was seen by Dr. Garcia, NOT Dr. Weaver so I can only attest to my experience. I was later told by a friend that Dr. Garcia normally deals with pediatric patients. If that is the case, it is probably best he sticks with them because I have been to hell and back since our first and last albeit brief consultation.
