When I scheduled my appointment, I was told the practice was in network with Cigna. However, after the appointment, I was billed as out of network. I later learned that the doctor who accepted Cigna had retired after I scheduled the appointment but before the visit, and I was not notified of this change. After receiving the bill, I attempted to resolve the issue with the head of billing, Angela, and Dr. Scully, as this was a unique situation. I have been going to Dr. Scully since I was a kid. I am now in my 30's and still go to him. He and his staff always do a great job, and are always very nice and fun to be around. Can't recommend them enough, five stars!
My family has been coming here for years. The staff is efficient and friendly. Many have been there for years which says a lot about the environment there. Dr Scully and Dr Black are both great at making the patient feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
