dr jian has not returned texts nor phone messages. i have notified him both ways that i would not be his patient any longer. he still notified me by text that i have an upcoming zoom appointment. twice i have gone without medications. the pharmacy informed me that they had notified him of the need for refills on june 12, 16, and 22 with no response.
Terrible doctor I wish I had checked fricken Google before I had an appointment. Complete waste of time don’t even feel like going into it
Been seeing Dr. Jian since 2022. Has me on all the correct medications to date, and has always been a great doctor in general. I wasn't looking for a therapist or psychologist to "talk" to. In general I'm a very private person. I knew my diagnoses. I just needed a new psychiatrist that was willing to work with me after mine retired. Nothing but good experiences here.
Con artists. He said he was only private pay. After a year and a half of paying him directly, l contacted my insurance to find another provider in network and randomly asked if they could confirm he is not. He most definitely was. The WHOLE TIME! My insurance paid this man for all of those visits and now he owes me the money I paid him directly & refuses. He owes me a little over $1600. Con artists committing insurance fraud. I do not recommend him. Also his English is very hard to understand.
Great Dr! Always very responsive to emails about medication and appointments. He is very knowledgeable about pretty much any problem you’re experiencing. I have been going to Dr. Jian for years and I would recommend him to anyone seeking help.
