Dr. Duggan explained why he recommended my procedure, but also told me I had the option of choosing a different course of care if I preferred. He made sure I understood what he would be doing and what follow up I would need. Also very good at giving local anesthetics. Great staff, nice waiting area.
I am a physician in the Austin area. Dr. Duggan is a true professional, great chairside manner, very thorough. I also happen to be phobic of the dentist, he put me at ease. His office is state of the art!
I went in completely nervous for 2 root canals today. Dr. Duggan and his team were able to calm me down and talk me through the process. My procedure seemed quick, and I believe I was in and out of sleeping. I felt that Dr. Duggan took good care of me through the process by being quick and efficient with his tools. 7 hours later, I'm still numb but I never once felt pain or anything uncomfortable (besides the i initial numbing shot - but I've learned that THOSE are your friend!).
