This has been the single worst experience with a doctor’s office in my entire life. My GP faxed over a referral FOUR SEPARATE TIMES and this office refuses to acknowledge receipt of the referral. I have wasted well over a month trying to secure an appointment without success. They continue to claim they “never received a referral” even though I witnessed the nurse at my GO’s office fax over the referral with all the pertinent information.
