I appreciated the quick services and attention by the team. I hardly waited 2-5 mins in each process as the team moved me through quickly, addressed my immediate concerns and discussed potential future treatment assuming that initial treatment was successful. Based on recent reviews I think these particular patients are not a good fit for this office and may need to consider somewhere that moves at a slower pace. Not a flaw of the team and the doctor in my opinion. Thank for your expertise !
Aug 2024- Update: Fighting since May to save my toe BUTCHERED by JASON LEHR. From latest ultrasound it seems I might loose my fight. Posted May 2024- I had to go to emergency take heavy antibiotics and I am still not recovered from a procedure to remove an ingrown toenail performed by this doctor. Read all reviews before deciding on a podiatrist, I didn’t and I am paying for it.
I have been getting my orthotics at this clinic for the last few years, because I liked the quality of the orthotics, and the good service I received with Dr. Lehr and some of the staff who assisted him. However, my recent visits at this clinic has sadly left me feeling disrespected and belittled. Despite booking appointments ahead in advance and arriving on time, I waited 30-45 minutes before being seen on multiple visits, which resulted in missing other appointments and commitments I had later in the day. I’d probably suggest somewhere else. Receptionist aren’t overly friendly. Feels like a money grab more than a helpful service based on the call to ask questions. I called to ask how the process worked and they tried to pressure me into a consultation when I identified that I was just inquiring. If the reception was more friendly and not speed asking me questions, I’d have been more inclined to use them. Sorry for wasting a couple minutes of your time.
He butchered my ingrown toenails, they are more painful now and it’s going to take 6-8 months for them to grow back. My toenails are a mess. He was unable to remove a callous between my toes. I found him rough and in to much of a hurry. I would not recommend this guy very disappointed with his work.
