If you have good dental insurance, get a second opinion. His recommendation for a very laborious (2 root canals, new lower dentures) treatment was deemed incorrect after a second opinion (who suggested pulling a single tooth to fix the problem) for my 90 year old grandfather. The fact he was going to put him through all that just because he saw dollar signs was SHAMEFUL!
