Was seen by him years ago in Bradford PA. All he did was cause pain and ran my insurance dry before moving to GA.
The staff is friendly, nice, and helpful. Dr. Kinkartz is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable and informative. Takes time to listen and answer questions! And always prompt!
He did a fantastic job on my shoulder replacement surgery. Minimum pain experienced during recovery & rehab. I highly recommend him!
