Great experience here. Reception is courteous and on the ball with appointment setting/instructions/reminders, the nurse who did the test was great and the allergist was super thorough in examining my issues/symptom history. I was also seen before my appointment time, which was a bonus as I arrived a bit early. Totally recommended for anyone who needs their allergies looked at.
Dr Jason Lee is friendly and welcoming, and easy to speak with. The nurse that helped me with the allergy test was also really nice. I don't have any problems when I come to this clinic. However, the receptionist who does the emailing refuses to use my preferred name even though I've made it clear numerous times that I don't want my government name being used. Great listener and caring doctor
He has been my doctor for the past 10 years, and his help with allergy shots and medications have changed my day to day experience. I couldn’t be more grateful.
The receptionists and Dr. Lee were absolutely amazing. My appointment was efficient, and Dr. Lee took the time to speak with me, so I never felt rushed. His bedside manner was excellent. The receptionist was kind, patient, and polite as well. She made sure I had all the information I needed. Dr. Lee was thorough, ordering additional tests and different medications. It's the first time in a long while that I haven’t felt like a doctor was just offering a “bandaid solution.”
