Not sure if this doctor is a misogynist or simply thinks he is better than everyone else, but I have not been talked to by any care provider with such condescension, impatience, or rudeness in a very long time. Had my first consultation with Dr. Lee and I already understand more about my condition than before. Dr. Lee took the time to explain how the medications work.
Great experience here. Reception is courteous and on the ball with appointment setting/instructions/reminders, the nurse who did the test was great and the allergist was super thorough in examining my issues/symptom history. I was also seen before my appointment time, which was a bonus as I arrived a bit early. Totally recommended for anyone who needs their allergies looked at.
Dr Jason Lee is friendly and welcoming, and easy to speak with. The nurse that helped me with the allergy test was also really nice. I don't have any problems when I come to this clinic. However, the receptionist who does the emailing refuses to use my preferred name even though I've made it clear numerous times that I don't want my government name being used.
