Jason Hiser is an amazing vet - he is not an alarmist and is very thoughtful and reasonable and caring in his approach to caring for my dog (and sister's cat). His "bedside manner" is also fantastic - and you know what that's worth if you've ever dealt with a callous or disengaged vet. I have total confidence in him and that's saying a lot, since I've lived on both coasts and have seen many vets over the years who have not met my standards when it comes to taking care of my fur children. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Hiser and his assistant had excellent bed manners, and our cat liked them too.
Dr Hiser is a great vet and has always looked out for the wellbeing of our cats. Our BigBoy was diagnosed diabetic and survived more than six years in part due to Dr Hiser's advice and oversight. What you want from a vet is competence with compassion and that is exactly what Dr Hiser provides.
