It was my first time going to Dr Hatch's dental office. I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, I was a nervous wreck. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr Hatch took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Hatch gave me back the smile that I hadn't seen for 25 years. I needed some major reconstructive work done and the smile Dr. gave me left me with happy tears. He and his staff are kind, professional, and empathetic. I can not thank them enough.
From the receptionist, assistant and the dentist care was exceptional. Everyone is pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. I’m so pleased and have way less anxiety going back. Dr Hatch even called me at 830 pm bc he was worried I maybe in pain. 10/10 best experience I’ve had with a dentist.
