Less than one star. Refuse to provide dental care when they clearly advertise they are accepting new patients. Very unprofessional.
From the moment I walked in, the staff have been friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The laser is absolutely amazing and doesn’t hurt at all. It was a great experience! The new patient onboarding was very easy. My exam began right on time. Both the hygienist and dentist were friendly, efficient and gentle. I have been going to the same dentist for more than 20 years and when they told me I had a small cavity that would need filling I was so anxious as my only other filling many years ago was very traumatizing as I have a lot of anxiety with the drilling and freezing. I had heard ads on the radio about the Solea laser and our daughter had recently tried it and had a positive experience so I thought why not give it a try!!
